The experience I had with Rob Parham and Justin Benge was outstanding and by far the best experience of any home loan process I have encountered. They were extremely responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I even received positive feedback about them at closing from not only my agent but the seller's agent as well as the closing attorney. All were highly impressed with their interactions. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family that may be looking to purchase a home.
I should also mention that I love the website layout and how easy it was to move through the process. The To-Do list made it very easy and convenient to complete items quickly and to respond immediately when alerts were received.
