If you want to feel as though you are being treated like family Veterans United is the way to go. With this being my first time buying a home we were nervous and Veterans United calmed those nerves and made this the smoothest process possibly.

The online interface is really painless and good but still requires agents that are actively following your account--the communication was lacking and I got the feeling that my account was ignored unless a deadline was approaching.
