I was locked into an apartment lease and looking for a house in the next 3-4months.. 2months later got a deal out of the apartment and living in the home we never would’ve thought possible. We looked at several houses and the ones we liked most were swept from not being quick enough until we caught a break. Veteran's United was wonderful. We were planning to get financing from a bank that my husband has done business with for 25 years.The first red flag was when this other bank charged us $40 for a credit check! When we received the estimate for our closing costs, we were shocked at how high they were. So high it would have been very difficult to negotiate them into the purchase of our home.We called Renee and within a half hour, we received a pre-approval for more than our other bank! More importantly, our closing costs were less than half of our previous bank and at a great APR!If you are in a military family and are planning to buy a home, please give Veteran's United a call first. You will be very, very satisfied!

Veterans United takes the stress out of buying a home. From the start, my loan advisor even had me send the buyers order over to him to make sure I was getting the best deal. I would recommend Veterans United to any veteran buying a home.
