Nathaniel did a great job. Eric Raw was good at first but then all of a sudden disappeared and I had to go call a number to find out who my new loan officer was. I didn't think that was very personal. He should have let us know he was leaving or the new loan officer should have made contact introducing himself and making sure we felt confident that everything would go smoothly since we were about a week out from closing.
Veterans United is an Organization that cares for our needs. They are effective, prompt, honest, and are composed of an excellent group of Professionals who go out of their way to make if happen. During the entire process I tried to contact Michelle Mueller on multiple occasions by phone and email. I have closed on my loan and I have yet to receive any response from her. I felt like I was not a priority to her. Shawn Hall was amazing and stayed in constant contact with me!
