Veterans United isn’t a bad company. I just wish I would’ve spoken to a few more lenders. Biggest complaint was the lack of communication coupled with unprofessionalism with the loan officer. Everything else was fine.
I don’t like how the system just shoots me an email saying I have x documents to fill out. I would have much preferred to have had someone call and explain things and ask if I had questions for the more in depth document requests. I was left stressed and confused when I received some of it and felt like a burden to be reaching out every time I got an email. Other than that my experience was good with Rachel’s team. The process was quick and simple due to everything being online.
