There was never a question unanswered. Your home buying portal keeps you on track with all information, up dates, and to-dos. I was never lost in this process or wondered what the next step was. My only regret is not using a realtor through Veterans United. I couldn't have asked for a better Home Loan Specialist, John Wacker was the absolute best!! I didn’t personally care for United Home Loans. In the beginning they have you believing they work with the VA. I needed the loan to close on a certain date, they said, no problem! So I signed documents, and found out later, home was closing 7 days later than I was told. Basically everything I asked, it was “no problem!” Except when it came down to really doing it. Would never work with them ahain.
