Loved the "To Do List" and how helpful and easy the website was to download documents and signing documents. Veterans United made us feel as if they had our back through the whole process. It's been a great experience only advice I can give, is to save everything. Save all emails all paperwork and receipts, on occasion we had to go back to them or V.U needed copies. Also be patient especially during the underwriting process and say on top of your to do's when they come in.

The next most important part of the process is reviewing, signing and submitting requested documents by given deadlines.
