Yes we are a special case being retired and gold star. I was simply amazed with the poor terminology and request for documentation using the wrong words. I was also frustrated that the VA sat on documents for a week to kick them back with poor explanation. I suggest a specific group of agents handle cases like ours in order to reduce these situations. Joel would be a excellent candidate to lead such a team!
