I would like to ensure, that any individual working with veterans is not only literal but direct on what's being described. As a first time homebuyer, many terms are foreign to me. It's better to overexplain and not make assumptions that could give the homebuyer a misunderstanding. This happened to me with Nick Orf, who after several discussions on closing costs, made assumptions of the understanding I had, instead of clarifying and qualifying my knowledge. This can be mitigated in the future by conducting more people-oriented training.
The team was fabulous making my loan process very easy. I received weekly updates to let me know statuses and if I needed to do something. I didn’t know this but Veterans United does all loan types for everyone and not just veterans.
