Altogether, our home buying experience was a smooth and quick as possible due to the efforts of our "Dream Team".
Travis and his team were great to work with. As a first time home buyer, things may seem overwhelming. They were always available to address any concerns or answer any of my questions. This made the entire process relatively stress free and easy to navigate.
Collin Grote is an excellent loan specialist, and would recommend him and Veterans United to any service member.
Thanks for all the hard work that helped make my home buying experience easier!
Thanks for everything!
Thanks it’s all I can say for an easy process that’ll help us save a ton of money in the end.

Although purchasing a home is a stressful experience, Veterans United made it a very pleasant experience from their end. The agents are very knowledgable and punctual. They are always there to answer any questions or to deal with any concerns that we may have had. Documents submitted were always reviewed and accepted in a very timely manner which allowed the process to move forward quickly and smoothly. Overall, they were a huge help and a joy to work with. Very pleasant & courteous staff. Thank you very much Veterans United for being our loan servicer. We would definitely consider using you in the future, and absolutely recommending you to other Veterans in search of a new home.
Loan officer was great, but under writing was a bit nerve racking they wanted to know every little detail of my life and work. But it was well worth it in the end
great tag team effort but the group

We only had a couple of hiccups during the process. We were surprised when the VA would not accept a signed contract that we are purchasing new windows and required us to scrape and paint all 23 windows during January and February. But we got it done. That was not Austin's fault.
My other issue was after all the paperwork was signed in front of the notary, we were told the funds (we took out for the refi) would be in our bank after 3 days and it was not. Austin had to follow up to have the funds pushed through.
They are a good group of people and really work with you.
