Veterans United made the ease of purchasing an home pleasant

Definitely recommend Taylor and Veterans United!!

Will only go through Veterans United!

If you're a veteran looking to buy a home, make VU your only stop for a loan. No one is better and easier to work with.

Made this process so much easier than the horror stories I have heard about home buying! Thank you!

This is the third house I bought in my lifetime and it was the easiest process thanks to Kelly and her staff.

This loan process was super easy and simple!! I processed everything online, so convenient!! Highly recommend.

You can’t go wrong trusting Veterans United with your home loan process. The lowest interest rate possible and they are with you every step of the way.

Doug Brady and Danielle Bourne were an excellent team to work with. Highly recommended Veterans United!

Veterans United really cares about veterans! The Who team was amazing! They have my business for life!

Our overall experience with Craig and Rain was great. They were very responsive and helped us through the more tricky spots. We appreciate all that they did to get our loan closed. We are so happy to own our dream beach house. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time we bank with Veterans United and we wouldn't go through anybody else for our mortgage. They are the best! Zach Debord and his team, especially Kyle Kroll are excellent, professional, attentive, know the business, care for their customer amongst other positive qualities that makes this team the best! Thanks!

PLEASE just be ready for anything once you get to underwriting The Underwriting process is very unpredictable (and sometimes, painful) I will say some questions the underwriter asked were very questionable. For instance, because my fiancee helped me with closing costs, I was actually asked by the Underwriter "Will your fiancee will be living with you?" and "How old is she?". Common sense would say if she will eventually become my SPOUSE, then that's a no-brainer. I am still trying to figure out the relevance of that question. Also, the question of "why are you moving to X state?" The former was very frustrating because a question came up after the fact asking about a credit card account asking for a statement for it (which dated March). I personally think that was a more relevant inquiry than whether or not MY FUTURE WIFE will be living in the house with me. Also, when a buyer has to provide a cashier's check from the bank to pay for closing and considering variations in how banks operate online (in the case of paying via wire transfer), waiting until 5:45 pm to provide a final closing cost is extremely counterproductive to a timely closing process. Had it not been for an understanding of Bank of America's quirks with wire transfer on the part of the lawyer, the closing may not have taken place on the day it did (mind that I had to drive 8 hours and take off from both work and school to close that day). Either way, I have learned a great deal about the homebuying process.

Mike Dianics and Erin jensen are excellent, professional and personable people to work with. They were very knowledgeable and willing to help and share their knowledge, ensuring we understood every step that was happened throughout the process. We are so pleased with their work and recommend them and VA United to anyone looking for someone will help them through the entire process! Outstanding!
