Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! Everything was great until the day before closing. The clear to close was not given in time for whatever reason. So closing was pushed two days. We arrived at the closing office at 10am as we were signing the paperwork we noticed one of the forms had a misspelled name. The title company reached out to Veterans United and they stated all documents had to be resigned. Knowing this you would think we would be prioritized but no. After resigning they uploaded the documents to you guys and it took entirely too long. I reached out and was told the title company sent the paperwork to the wrong bank, which I do not believe. Then I had no choice but to leave for other obligations I had. I left without my keys or anything to the house. For whatever reason feet were being dragged on the paperwork. I received the paperwork and keys by the end of the day.
