Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! My experience with Veterans United was excellent, they are very helpful at every step, all involved in the process worked great as a team and overall I was overly impressed with all aspects of the process.

To be honest, the overall process was incredibly stressful and full of unexpected hurdles, but through no fault of Veterans United. Amy and her team did an amazing job from start to finish. Every time an issue came up, they were right there to guide me through it. Exceptional service under tough circumstances.
Did go through some trial and error, but the team worked wonderfully with me and answered my questions and even explained future possibilities. I closed yesterday and got they helped me achieve something I never thought possible.
