Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. In May/June of 2026 we used Veterans United for a second time when my wife and I sold our home and purchased our second home. The first time was in 2016. It was Chad, Ryan and their team that assisted us both times. The level of service and communication was beyond amazing and we appreciate their team more than words can express. The process both times was seamless and painless. I would recommend them to ANYONE!!!
This is the second VA loan I’ve taken through VU and the reason is because of Mike Patzius. Mike helped on my first loan and he stayed in touch afterwards offering different advice on my loan and how I could optimize it. So, when it came time to get another VA loan, there was no question about who I would call for help. Mike took great personal care of this time and I would have no problem recommending VU to any veteran.
