We were able to close in under 30 days.VU origination fees were high in comparison to other options, but we were on a tight timeline and didn’t want to re-shop for a lender.Other than fees, it was an easy and straightforward process.

Before switching over to a local loan officer, the corporate one wasn’t on top of things at all. Did not answer for a week, other than that, everything was on point and I absolutely would recommend VU. Also the switch was extremely quick and seamless should you encounter the same issue.
Kellen and Dene were responsive and helpful at every stage of the game. If I had a question they didn't have the answer to they had it back to me within a day.
