Highly recommend Veterans United. The process for me from start to finish was very easy and transparent. Even though you never meet this team of great individuals backing you through this process by the end of it all its like you know all of them just from the constant communication. The team goes above and beyond to help and insure your loan process is smooth and informative. The information and videos shared, especially for first time home buyers, was great to have. There was never a question unanswered. Your home buying portal keeps you on track with all information, up dates, and to-dos. I was never lost in this process or wondered what the next step was. My only regret is not using a realtor through Veterans United. I couldn't have asked for a better Home Loan Specialist, John Wacker was the absolute best!! My sellers and realtor was a nightmare but he never let me take my eye off the ultimate ending, and that was me owning my home. Thank you so much again John!

I didn’t personally care for United Home Loans. In the beginning they have you believing they work with the VA. I needed the loan to close on a certain date, they said, no problem! So I signed documents, and found out later, home was closing 7 days later than I was told. Basically everything I asked, it was “no problem!” Except when it came down to really doing it. Would never work with them ahain.
