What's left to say? From first contact, to this final survey, we were treated with honor and respect! We were listened to in our thoughts and were always steered in the right direction!! No home buying horror stories here, FOR SURE!! The Veteran's United Team paired us with a wonderful realtor, Joe Lattanzio (at Russell Realty in Medina) and from there, all things were taken care of and explained all along the way. VU listened and explained where necessary. Joe, OMG, was sent to us through VU. We can HONESTLY say, we've never experienced the amount of respect and assistance we were given along the way. NO question was out of line or thought to be off kilter. I could rave on and on about the home buying process through Veteran's United, but, bottom line.... OH OH, VU sent us a beautiful door mat too...with WELCOME on it and The Weinbroer's. We just feel so blessed, and special!Veterans, these folks are here to help. I am a disabled veteran, with PTSD; and am a recent widow; so I had moments when I was very emotional. I received nothing but care and understanding. I would highly recommend Veterans United to EVERYONE.
Subpar performance from Loan specialist. He had no knowledge of the area where I was purchasing my home and offered no help in trying to lower my financial impact with the house closing or purchase. Will NOT use again or recommend.
