My family has used Veterans United for both of our home purchases. They were helpful as first time home buyers and always had the answers to any questions we could come up. If you are a Veteran we would highly recommend choosing Veterans United to help make your dream of buying a home possible.

Ryan is the best, could not have done this without him. he deserves a very large bonus. Me an my family are for ever grateful.Thank you Ryan.

I am so happy with the services provided

A great company to deal with alreadys ready to assist with any questions during the loan process. Very helpful and i knew i had professionals whom i could trust and rely on.

Jodi Coons from veterans United was amazing to work with . Our loan was a va loan but we had zero va entitlement left after having a deed in lieu of foreclosure 2 years ago and we needed to use our second tier va loan entitlement. Many other banks and brokers didn’t even know what that wAs . Jodi knew right away told us all the guidelines and got our loan approved and closed in 30 days . My husband had even just switched jobs and was only at his new job 30 days and she still got our loan to go through we are so appreciative .

I was very nervous about purchasing my first home and unsure about how to go about it, but the friendly staff talked me through it every step of the way. I would recommend working with Veterans United to all my friends and family that have served in the armed forces.

Veterans United are a very wonderful company that has made our home buying experience something very special to our family. Thanks and would use them again and would encourage all veterans to consider this company. Thank You Veterans United

I can't praise Veterans United enough! When we began looking for loan options, a VA loan was recommended as the best option. We were new to the process and unsure. However, from day 1, when we spoke to our loan specialist, Matt Thill, he assured us he would be with us throughout the home purchase ...and that's exactly what happened! We spoke with him regularly throughout the process and right thru to closing. Veterans United and Matt, you have fans for life! I will tell any and every Veteran i know about our success story! Thank you so very much!!-The Curry Family

This will be my third home but my first VA buy using Veterans United. It was an amazing experience! The level of experience and the dedication was superb! Just make sure you do what you should do and they will take care of you!!Customer for life,Angela Simms, RN, CCC, MIM

Excellent team. To work with they help me with everything from helping me get my credit straight to closing on the loans. Would definitely use them if we buy a house again

The whole staffs are very friendly..accomodating..unparalled professionalism..quick yet concise and accurate in all aspects..unquestionable work atttitude..Kudos to the whole team

It’s scary the 1st time around and exhausting if you are trying to buy a house by yourself. I’d strayed away alittle but folks out here were looking for a name they were familiar with. I just like to say thanks to my VU team😎

Thank you so much to the entire team that helped us with buying our home. Y’all made it stress free and we appreciate that more than anything! Thank you once again for helping find our forever home.

I am glad I got my home and the terms I got it for. With better communication this process would of been a wonderful experience.

Great organization that works totally for the veterans

Experience first-hand why 340,833 homeowners give us a perfect score!

I was a little disappointed when it came to the closing. The final number we were given from Veterans United was different than what North American title company had told my husband. Not sure where the disconnect was but there were a lot of questions back-and-forth. North American Title also said we could bring a cashiers check to the closing which we did as well as write a personal check for the difference between the amounts that veterans United ahead and the title company had. Then on November 1, 2018 I had a voicemail from Kayla Thoenen stating that she could not get a hold of my human resource manager for verification of employment. I submitted a VOE dated 4 Oct 2018. How many of these are required?? If another one was needed it would have been nice to know prior to November 1st!

Highly recommend Would conveyed to every veteran that this is a must. Contact this Organization. Every one that I contacted was very professional caring and would do what’s necessary to ensure success.. Thank you Veterans United job well done .

We had a great experience working with Veterans United, each person we worked with was so helpful.

Know you will be in great hands with Laura.

When buying a home with Veterans United, you will find the process easy and relatively stress-free. They are highly qualified, organized individuals that work together to make the experience personal and efficient.

It was a long process. My husband & I thought we weren't going to be able to find a home suitable for us. However, we did and we are so grateful and humble. The advice I would give to other first home buyers: Have patience, don't settle on the first home you view and make sure to have some money saved up when buying a home.
