I’ll just repeat that Jaimie’s outstanding service clinched the deal for VU. From start to finish the process was seamless. Even the closing was unusually quick. Initially I did not enjoy the “personality” VU uses for marketing, but I got used to it. It comes across unserious and unprofessional for a home loan company. I even wondered if it was a scam company, especially since I’d never heard of VU before. But, I did choose VU in the end, and so far I’m happy I did.

Great job. I have used y’all multiple times. The only negative was the wire instructions for closing costs were not clear. Other than that, smooth sailing.
I was trying to get out of a very toxic place in my life and wanted to make a big change to help get me to a better place. Everyone involved showed me that there are people that do care about the work they do and do it to the best of their abilities. I hope everyone involved has the best lives they can as I try to do the same.
