The loan origination team, consisting if Angie, Holly, and Julie, were outstanding. Always available to ask questions, thorough and patient in the explanation, they were fantastic to deal with. The underwriting side of the house could have been more organized. Hence the 8 vice 10. A comprehensive list of commonly required documents at the start would be better. Even if only 30-50% of people need it for the loan package, the client (I.e. Me) would never know if it was actually used. I would rather be ignorant of that than have to scramble in the final minutes to get something that ultimately caused a delay in reaching closing. Constructive criticism. It is my second time using this group and I will certainly consider them for the next go-around.
