Our loan specialist was very helpful and was very prompt and her responses. She explained everything we needed and helped us through the process step-by-step. She was amazing an1d always checked up on how we are doing. 10/10 would recommend.
Overall it's great and easy to use but it could be made easier for people like myself. I work in EMS and often have shifts that are multiple days long and I'm not at home often enough for the progressive release of checklist items, it would be more conducive to me to have them all upfront.
