My Loan Team was great! Billy, Melissa and Victoria were very detailed in there explanations, made sure to follow up on any questions that we had and we closed on the day we were supposed to. I would definitely recommend them to my family anytime!!Billy made sure he was able to answer all of our questions, including the points, interest rates and everything. If I had to do it again I would use them for everything including the realtor and title company. Tim put us at ease after a nightmare that my realtor and her title company of choice caused. Extremely easy process, communication from Veterans United was well above expected. This was our third home purchase and the first time we used Veterans United. I’ve been a USAA member for over 20 years and used them for our first 2 home purchases. We were not satisfied with our last home purchase with them so decided to try something different on this home. Night and Day difference. Our Team aka “Jessica Messing” with Veterans United was amazing. She was very quick to respond to any questions and contacted us immediately if she needed anything from us. The document process was incredibly easy. We will definitely use them for any future purchases. Our closing office and Sellers Realtor was also incredibly impressed with Veterans United and made multiple comments about how much less paperwork and easy it was to work with them.
