The worst part of the process was that there were renters in the house. Our real estate agent had to work with another reality agency in the area Bridge reality. What should have been only a 2 month wait extended to almost 6 months, thanks to the renters and damage they had done to the house due to neglect etc, and the bridge reality wanting to be friendly to the renters and gave them lots of time to find themselves a place to move to.

Overall, we had an amazing experience through our home-buying process. When we originally bought our home 2 years ago they made the entire process simple and easy especially since we were moving to a new state.
