Updates were infrequent by my agent and my insurance policy was not paid (normally paid from escrow), thereby causing my policy to be cancelled.

The staff at Veterans United are top-notch. Very professional, responsive, and customer oriented. I particularly liked their web site and how easy it was to review and upload documents while keeping abreast of the status.
My only suggestion would be to make better arrangements around holidays to help buyer’s and seller’s to accomplish tasks for the various time sensitive documents needed to complete the closing. Example: appraisal, inspections, docusign documents, etc... Overall, Veterans United provides a wonderful experience the only downfall was Christmas and the New Years Holidays getting in the way, do to vacations.
