VU worked hard from cradle to grave. They were in constant communication with my family and brought a personal touch to the entire process. This was my first time buying a home and although there were hiccups in the process, VU always had it covered and insured that we were constantly informed. My literal only complaint is that I went about 2 to 3 weeks without knowing if my preapproval went through. During that time I would say not to my realtors fault I was treated as an on serious buyer because I did not have a pre-approval letter yet. Subject matter experts that take care of customers! Mr. Ryan Sherman and team worked hard for my wife and I. We stayed informed and had ANY questions answered in a direct and timely manner. I felt, at times, I was being a difficult customer - Mr. Sherman and team always gave positive reassurance and handled MY stress very well; they took all reasonable steps to reduce or eliminate that stress!
