Communication was lacking from the loan specialist. There were numerous calls and emails left for his coordinator Sheila who never responded back. Things came down to crunch time because the lack of communication.

This is the second time I have used them. The second time was after a refi that I was dong with my original finance company. Even though I had the refi approved, I turned them down at the last signing, because of their poor communication. I then went to Veterans United, who had originally gotten me the loan to buy the house, because of their excellent customer service and knowledge. And again the proved themselves to be above the rest!
Entire experience was smooth sailing.
