Communication is not a strong suit. Not letting me know we weren't closing on the contract date was not professional. A couple of the items that held up the process should have and could have been checked early on; insurance and mortgage payments.

The only issue that I had was the length of time it took for the appraiser to get back with Veterans United.
Our loan officer was amazing. The team took care of everything, we loved the to do list on line. It made everything much easier.
The.appraisal process was a slow disappointing process. It delayed getting into the home by weeks.
