Veterans United is very thorough and insightful. The Lighthouse Program helped us rebuild our credit and Patty Delaney King did a great job on educating us on what to pay to raise credit scores. The time and effort was worth it in our opinion and we're excited to be homeowners again after twenty years.

Our experience with VU has been the best from beginning to end. We 1st contacted them in 2015 and the enrolled us in their Lighthouse program due to credit issues. They called us at least 2x a year to see how we were doing with the credit progress. We finally decided to get serious about fixing our credit. So in January of this year, we reached out to Brian and he looked over everything and said we could move on to the preapproval step. We met Chris and he was super nice and did what he said he would do and that was get us our preapproval within 24 hrs of submitting our documents. We then meet Nick and he was nice and made sure to answer all my questions as best he could. He gave me so much helpful information and made sure I wasn’t alone in this process because my husband is on deployment. We then met the awesome Kathy M. She is the best and sweetest person throughout this entire 45 days. She was always available and kept in contact around the clock. She definitely knows what she is doing. There was so many times that I felt discouraged and she kept telling me everything was great and was going to be fine. We are so appreciative on Kathy, Nick, and VU!! Thank thank thank you for everything. You guys have a customer for life! I tell everyone about VU. They even sent us 2 beautiful customized doormats!!
