In the beginning I thought this would a never ending process. I started my journey in early November with a projected closing date of Dec 31st. Fast forward to January 8th and my husband and I were able to close on our home and start getting things prepared to move. I couldn't have asked for a better team either Aaron and Kelly were always there when I needed them no question was left unanswered. As the home loan process can be confusing for a first time home buyer, he was always patient and made sure to explain things in detail. I would definitely recommend him to others.The only thing that soured the experience slightly was the real estate agent, Rita Haynes, that was recommended. She had contacted my loan agent to see if I could be approved for more money after I had communicated that I could not afford a counter offer on a home. I did not want or request for her to do that.
