I listen to people tell me repeatedly about how stressful the home buying process is and I can honestly say that my experience was 10 times better because of my team. As I spoke about the process with other people I heard repeated comments expressing their shock in how supportive my lender was and how cool it was they sent little encouraging gifts and stayed in constant contact and that they were diligent about reviewing my income and making sure I didn’t get in over my head. How easy it seemed to upload needed documents and how quickly they were reviewed... you just don’t find a company like this anywhere. I would recommend a million times over.

We never thought we would be able to own a home!! VU made it possible! It was an invasive process, but it went quickly, smoothly, and efficiently! They had our loan file so beefy that underwriting only needed one more check stub and that was it! They were always able to be contacted by phone and email, they kept us updated on what we needed to do or send in through the app, and they were honest and hardworking to make things happen for us! We now have the keys to a new home because VU made it happen for us! Don’t hesitate! We closed right on time and it was a 30 day close! Woo hoo! My realtor said that they have never had a transaction go so smooth or loved working with another loan agent more than they loved working with VU!
