I would not recommend Veterans United. Home buying is inevitably stressful, but the process was much more stressful with this company. My husband and I were given little direction about the requirements, and without a realtor, communication was difficult. Our closing date was pushed back multiple times, and the process took much longer than it would have with a conventional bank. However, the advisors were professional and answered all of our questions. Nevertheless, I would not use this company in the future.
Throughout the process of buying our new home our Veterans United family kept us informed and assisted us in every way possible to help keep the process moving. Definitely had a good experience and would recommend their services to others in the future.

It was a good experience until the last two weeks before closing. We almost didnt close on time because of Veterans United changing our closing date and not checking with us to see of that would work for everyone. We almost didnt get to close because of miscommunication. We had to wait over an hour at closing because everything was sent in so late.
