Everyone from the first phone call until closing day was done was extremely professional and helpful! Derek, Matt, the realtor provided, Hannah Monilaw, and everyone along the way were a delight to deal with.
The whole process was made transparent and simple. From calling to inquire about a loan to signing at closing of the loan, it took a total of 30 business days. We even received a beautiful wood cutting board with our last name carved into it. Such a blessing to have gone with veterans United, truly grateful.
The process was quick, and very efficient.
My family and I were left homeless for the errors not properly observed by my lending team. I did everything that was asked of me and I still ended up without a home. I'm worse off now than I was before I started this home buying process. I served my country and I'm homeless now because they took advantage of a veteran, very much looking to buy his first home.
