every time I had a question anytime I had a concern the team that was assigned to me was available within 24 hours of a question I always receive support. All promises were kept I ended up saving an abundance for my closing very transparent process.

It has been 19 years since my last home loan and was unsure what to expect. I didn’t know that it would be so easy. Mikes team was so great, especially Lindsey, keeping us informed every step of the way. We were so impressed.! We closed in just under 30 days and the only problem we had was waiting for time to pass. Every little thing that we we’re asked to provide was followed up with a email and a phone call with exact details of what we need and we they needed it by. The process was so smooth and quick that we never had any concerns if our loan was going to be approved. I would recommend this to any veterans that is looking for a new home. We truly enjoyed the support and process action team from Veterans United. The team is highly trained and knowledgeable, and responsive. They guided us through the entire process of pre-qualification to settlement and we have to say it was the easiest we've ever experienced.
I had no problems with the loan specialist, however I did have issues with veterans United not sticking to the agreed upon timeline. I ended up closing almost a month later than scheduled. Every time I completed my checklist I got asked to provide something else that I had either already given them or it was something off the wall.

Josh and Lani were the best! Josh walked me through step by step from the time he received my files there was never a time that he couldn't assist me.
