Closing costs were a shock. Did not expect it to go from 2500 to 2300 then in less than a week go to 3100 then the next day have to pay $3259.55. We were told we would get several loan estimates but that there would not be much of a discrepancy, however there was a large discrepancy.

I just want to let you know how everything is going here in my new home, the fridge isn't working it's so nasty, the dish washer isn't working properly it's nasty along with everything else in this house, all appliances are just falling apart, the carpet in the master bedroom I've vacuumed it 100 times and still get the vacuum full when I vacuum it again, there isn't enough insulation in the attic nor the walls, the garage sheet rock is falling off the wall and ceiling, the bathroom shower isnt Workin properly in both of them, the heater is about to fall through the ceiling do I need to go on. I'm so dissatisfied with this I am about to lose my shit!

I was very happy with Veteran's United. But I was very displeased with the Notary that was sent here to sign the refinance papers. She didn't bother to wipe her feet and drug all kinds of pine needles in my home.

Being two individuals in which had no idea what they were doing as well as no realtor in place, I have to say that this process was WAY smoother than what I thought it would be. We had step by step guidance from our Loan specialist as well as from the beginning being helped by Keri. We weren't sure if this was something we would be able to do as well as if we even had the steps in place to ensure we weren't denied. Yet, each individual from Keri to Mike and even Danielle were absolutely great!!

It is ridiculous to question a foreclosure that happened more than 30 years ago then request documents from it.
