Great experience, better rate and loan costs than I was quoted by 3 other competitors. Seemed like more paperwork and supporting documentation than other loans I've had in the past, but the upload system is very user friendly once I was able to track everything down.
Uploading and reuploading of the same documents was wicked frustrating.
The online verification is so easy. Didn't even see my lender until closing, but she communicated well and worked hard right up til the day. Made it all easy, great experience.

Mr. Kyle Boger, was respectfully professional; on a personal note, Kyle was compassionate to any concerns I have; he was prompt, kept me informed, thorough with communicating with me on either, email, text, and by phone. Lastly, I do the experience over again only if you understand the process of getting a home loan; do your research and review comments on their website(very positive).
