I would recommend Dave and his Team for anyone seeking a VA loan. They’re always ready to help you no matter what your question is or explain the loan process each step of the way. Our last 2 home loans have been through Veterans United as well as our current refinance. I wouldn’t deal with any other mortgage company than Veterans United and Dave and his team. If I had to rate them 1 thru 10, with 10 being the best, I would rate them a 15 because of their exemplary service they give to their customers. Dave and his team are the best.

The only down fall was the breakdown of communication. Sometimes the Realtor and the VA were not on the same page, but once things got going it was smoothed out.
Tina Guerra and her coordinator Beth Nichols were amazing! I would not hesitate to refer any of my fellow veterans to this team. This has been an awesome easy experience thanks to Tina and Beth, and the Veterans United website is outstanding, very easy to upload documents, and the "to do" section is brilliant.
