I was mislead at one point by Jennifer and completely lied to on another point by Katie Rose. I think Jennifer made an honest mistake in word choice. I am certain Katie lied to me as to reasoning I don't know.

I kept telling them that the documents they were sending me were wrong. Victoria kept telling me "Sign it. we'll fix it in the final documents". They didn't. What are you going to do the day before closing when you find out that things you had been told would not be part of escrow are?

This was the 8th house I have purchased, bit was by far the. Smoothest Loan process of all of them. Also the first time I had used my Veterans benefit.

Underwriting process was a little bit nerve racking other than that, Matt and Kayla were outstanding great to work with and very patient.
