great people, actually enjoyed the experience.

We had been trying to buy a house for several years, recovering from financial hardship and trying to rebuild our credit. Everyone we talked to either turned us down, stalled, avoided us, or in one instance, told us we were approved, and then when we were talking to a realtor about touring some homes, called us again to tell us that we never actually were approved. We had basically decided to give up for a few years, which made us feel very defeated; My kids are growing up, and they have never been able to have a house that they could consider their real home. My wife and I had moved 16 times in 13 years, and we really wanted to put down roots.I had seen the ads for Veterans United online, but didn't really give them much thought. It seemed too good to be true, and we figured that our only shot was with a small, local outfit. Since we had tried everything else, we decided to give them a try, figuring that the worst they could do was say no.They got back to us immediately, were courteous, respectful, professional, and compassionate. We got an answer about our credit right away. We were not approved, but we were immediately handed over to a team of specialist who were able to quickly identify some things we could to that would get us approved. We followed their directions, called back after we had done so, and they reevaluated us right away, and handed us back to the loan team. After that, it was like clockwork. Everyone we worked with was simply amazing. Every one of them seemed competent and confident, and since this was our first time buying, held our hands through every step along the way. Every one of them was very friendly and helpful at all times. One very important thing was that I was always able to reach someone directly when I had any questions or concerns. Even when unexpected and unusual complications arose on our end, they were able to address them and reassure us right away, and get us back on track. In the end, we found an amazing home in an area we love, and were able to buy it at a much interest better rate than anyone else had ever dared to suggest. They kept in touch, and even sent little gifts to congratulate us. It may sound silly, but that really meant a lot to my wife and me after the treatment we had received from everyone else (and neither of us is the sort to complain about bad service).Honestly, if you are eligible, and you are in the market, give them a try. They will do a great job.

My experience with Veterans United has been nothing short of Amazing! This was our family's very first home purchase and I was really nervous about applying for a home loan. I took the plunge and applied on the Veterans United website on a Sunday night and I expected to get a call back within a few days. Out of sheer disbelief, I received a phone call from Greg who asked me questions about my application. I was pre-qualified that same night. After the pre-qualification, I spoke with Billy, our loan officer, who informed me of what I needed to do in order to complete my loan. After submitting the required documents I was able to start my home search and they provided me with an expert realtor to help guide me through my home search. After only three days of home searching, my wife and I found the perfect home. After securing an accepted offer on our home. Beth, our transaction coordinator, guided us through the underwriting process. Beth was amazing! We now have a house that we love and it took approximately 30 days from start to finish. Thank you Veterans United for opening the door to home ownership for the Rushing Family.

Outstanding service from the entire team! They make the process very transparent and stress-free. I definitely recommend the Veterans United team if you are buying a home.

I found the Veterans United representatives always to be respectful, friendly, accessible and helpful. Their requests for information were reasonable and all I had to do was to provide the financial information that was requested. They gave me confidence that my mortgage application was in good hands and would be approved without difficulty.

He did what he said he would do.

100% best experience ever with Veterans United. Something that can be stressful and tedious, they assist in it being minimal and ensure you get the home of your dreams.

Veterans United made the whole process very easy to understand and easy to submit paperwork too. I would highly recommend using them.

VA home loan helped us get the home we wanted. Thankful

Veterans United is the BEST. This is my second home purchase with them. Everything is always a breeze..

Casey and his team was wonderful helping me with whatever I needed. From day one to the the end. They checked on my progress periodically. Gave me pointers on the market but never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable thru the process. When my fist realtor did not work out, they immediately found me another. Who by the way worked out fabulously. I’d recommend Veterans United Loans to all my friends

Experience first-hand why 350,225 homeowners give us a perfect score!

VU was easy and fast/painless to work with. Seamless transition between signing, escrow and closing. Very fast to close as well. The website makes remote buying easy and the documents can be viewed, signed and uploaded easily from a phone or computer. Definitely a veteran/active duty friendly operation. The loan officer was approachable and easy to contact view text, email or phone. Made my first time financing a home a breeze.

This team of loan specialist worked extremely hard to make sure our loan went through as scheduled. They followed up on all documentation necessary in a timely manner and made this process seem easy. I would definitely work with them again and appreciate all they did to help me with the VA loan.

Made my first time home buying experience a success

We can't say enough about working with this company. We purchased one previous home and did not receive the kind of service, nor have the trust that we did with Veteran's United. Highly recommend to anyone. Our agent was phenomenal and helped us in so many ways.

This is now the second time I have gone to Veterans United for mortgage needs. I worked with Kevin for initial mortgage back in 2014, and as a first time home buyer. He did a outstanding job and was there for me every step of the way and there to answer every question I had (there was a lot of questions, lol). Then this most recent experience was for a refinance cashout on my home. Again, Kevin and his team flawlessly exceeded every expectation and made the complex procedure extremely easy for me. With the unpredictability of the market and the never ending lingo to understand and the complexity that goes into a mortgage, Kevin not only has an abundance of knowledge, but he is also able to break down the "mortgage language and terminology for someone to easily understand what is going and what the next step is. Never any surprises, except the congratulations gift sent from him and his team for refinancing. I have also reached out to Kevin at least 2 or 3 times in between my 2 mortgages with some general questions that have to deal with mortgages and or the market. Each time he answered them and helped me get a better understanding and make a better decision., why did I reach out to him? Because I know I can trust him to give me the honest answer without pressures or worries that some other companies or loan officers may give. I will always recommend Kevin as a loan officer regardless what part of the country I am living in.

I absolutely love Veteran United. Shannon and Maureen was outstanding during my process. I move to another city and really wanted to be moved in less than 30 days which they made it happen. No questions ask! Thank you Thank you Thank you
