All in all me and my wife had a pleasant experience with all parties involved! Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process. The only reason I couldn't give a perfect 10 was an unexpected and stressful last couple of days for me and my wife during an issue/misunderstanding with the loan and title offices related to depositing our savings to help purchase the home.

Owning a home has always been a dream for me and my wife. We initially wanted to set down roots in Bixby. But COVID happened and thru a wrench in the process.
