I recommend Veterans United 110 %. Gus Branda was exceptional. My family and I are very grateful to have our new home.
Great service they got me one of best rates out there!
Great voyage from beginning to end. Keeping you in the loop all the way..great teamwork
These guys over delivered. Made closing on time and did what they said.
We were skeptical in the beginning of this process but our loan specialist Shane Lowe made the process easy to follow! He knew every move to make and how to get there!

V.U. Who knew the experience would be so smooth. I was well informed of my responsibilities by VU and theirs was clearly stated and performed to the highest standards . When confusion/ stress happened my reps Jeff M and Justin N were more than capable of squelching the confusion while remaining focused. refocusing and relieving me of any stressor due to the process of becoming a home owner. If you want to have a great experience while purchasing a home V.U. Is for you.
As first time home buyers, we had no idea about how the whole home loan process works. Our realtor told us that for a VA loan, it would typically take 45 days, at least, to get to closing, but ours took about 28 days. We could've have moved into our new home 28 days( including weekends) since application, if it weren't for the seller's lender taking a while to process their loan. We suggest returning all required documents right away, like we did. Donald and Whitney were really on top of their game. They know what they are doing. They are very professional, answering our questions timely, through email and on the phone.
Veterans United is a company I would surely recommend to homebuyers. They were attentive and helpful every step of the way. I was able to be in constant contact via phone and email. I didn't expect such great service, but that's what I got!!
Jaye Green and Cornelius Green was very happy with Veterans United Home Loans and have already recommended family and friends. If I could suggest one thing which may only apply to the fact that our loan was a Foreclosure. We started off knowing amount due at close and as the process ended that amount kept going up which was very uncomfortable.
I would recommend them and give them the highest rating possible.
Our agent started out great but once we found a home, she basically disappeared and we had to keep reaching out to her for help and updates. Lots of "oh by the way" surprises and hurdles... small errors in our contract cost us a couple thousand dollars worth of item/appliance replacement upon closing. Felt like she represented the sellers more than us as the buyers.
Would not recommend or work with her again.
Extremely knowledgeable and never too busy to answer my questions.
Super nice and very easy to work with.
Patty Kelly also deserves a job well done. Thank you all.
What more could I possibly say other than the office should be closed and then reopened with a completely new TRAINED AND QUALIFIED STAFF who are ready to do the job correctly and efficiently.
Everyone at Veteran's Home Loans was always there to help or answer questions and thing got turned around very fast.
The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you have all of your military records. Mine were in the Navy archives and it took almost 4 months to get them.
I shop around which lender can give me a highest offer and VU gave me that opportunity.. So instead of me just buying a condo or townhome im able to buy a house and my first home.. Thanks VU... Till next time..
Thanks to everyone who helped us purchase our home. Special kudos to Ryan for working this transaction.
