The loan team that I had was great. They where open and transparent about everything. The one small issue we did have was quickly resolved by them. As a real estate agent I will recommend them to anyone looking at getting a VA loan. Only complaint is alot of other companies (insurance, home security, etc.) will contact you about selling you their products due to their affiliation to Veterans United.

My loan team was exceptional. They always answered any questions I had in a timely manner (within minutes) and explained everything so I understood the entire process without any confusion. They worked with my job schedule to make sure we can keep the process going without any delays. My team (Joe and Amy) were the best and I wouldn’t want to work with anybody else. The ONLY critique Jess and I have is the way that the team reached out to her employer for proof of remote work. I think these questions can be answered by the employee, recommend minimizing contact with people’s employers unless absolutely necessary.
