Overall, the actual mortgage services were excellent. Applying, underwriting, and closing all went more smoothly than I thought possible. Some of the additional services may have been more beneficial if we were moving to a new region; the concierge merely provided lists of utilities providers rather than contacting or facilitating transitions on our behalf. Since we only moved one town over, we already had all of the information the concierge was able to provide.

Definitely recommended to friends and family
The team was spectacular. Really made it easy to get through the process. I would recommend that you notify anyone buying a home to opt out of the credit reporting agency releasing your personal information BEFORE you attempt to do a hard pull on their credit report. I received 268 calls from mortgage companies and they are still calling (though it's only a couple time a day now). First day I had logged 127 calls.
