Without hesitation I can say financing with Veterans United is a dream come true for the borrower. Obtaining a Loan through Veterans United is like taking a walk in a park and stress free.
Veterans United made my home purchase quick and simple with no surprises. They linked my up with an excellent local agent. Overall great experience.
They advertise that they geared toward veterans but it seemed that they really didn’t have a clue of what the services are for veterans. Although the realtor was excellent she didn’t have any particular experience with our area. There had to be a lot of last-minute changes or last-minute information that had to be added or taken away on a regular basis as well as the forgetfulness of certain charges for closing were not applied. Their rates are not competitive either! Had we not been already halfway done with the process we would have went to another company. When we do sell and buy again we will not come back to veterans United.

We were going to put $30,000 down on another preapproved conventional loan after speaking with Brandon we changed our minds, in the end our payments were $24.00 less than when we were putting $30,000 down.Brandon and his team walked us through the process every step along the way. Overall, a great experience. We experienced a lot of issues with the VA appraisal and I believe those issues could have been handled and explained better by both my loan officer and my realtor, however, I don't blame either of them for the issues. It will just believe the details could have been handled better.
Veterans United changed our family's life for the better. By helping us buy a home our quality of life increased tremendously. We care for our traumatic brain injured son at home. He is totally incapacitated and wheelchair bound. We have faced tremendous challenges looking for rental residency without steps or with bedrooms downstairs. As well as a residency with hallways, doorways, entrances that are wheelchair friendly. Veterans United helped us get into a home that is wheelchair friendly and comfortable. Thank You VU for being an answer to our many prayers!
