Veterans United was great . Our appraiser was a nightmare as well as our title company and attorney. If your purchasing a house in NJ stay away from investment title company and Bernd Hefele attorney. Working with them was an absolute horrible experience. I was forced to do the attorneys job every step of the way . VU was excellent throughout though.
Bryant's client relations is outstanding. There is no question he doesn't have a answer for, if he doesn't know it he will get it for you. He is very knowledgeable in his field. It was a pleasure working with Bryant during this loan process. He is beyond approach. Thank you very much Bryant.I would highly recommend they ask for Bryant Chambly. This is the second time I have processed a loan with Bryant, and if I had to do it again I would definitely call him. He is great.
The overall experience was great. Everything was actually easier than I expected. I would definitely recommend Veterans United to anybody!
DO NOT USE THEM!! They outright lie about fees and closing costs! We almost didn’t close in time, communication was awful. They are shady, unethical liars! This was my 6th home purchase and first time with VU. Worst home buying experience ever!
