They have a list of realtors they can refer you to so that you are working with someone in your area who knows the area and is experienced with a VA loan. This helps so that when you go to look at a house they can tell you this won’t pass inspection or this will pass inspection to help narrow down your choices so that you are not wasting your time.

Ashley was also very helpful in our home buying experience. She was always there when we needed explanations about the underwriting and. Losing. I would highly recommend Veterans United. o e note though. Beware of VA appraisers. They will ruin your day and not even bat an eye. They are not knowledgable about local real estate. They come in from other areas and dont use local comparisons. So, when it comes time cor an appraisal make sure your loan team uses someone from the local area
