The Veterans United website provided me with step by step insight and instructions on tasks that needed to be accomplished. The site was very user friendly and easy to navigate. The upload file options and the To Do section kept me on track throughout the whole process. I would recommend the Veterans United serves to everyone.

Jeremy Carver was my loan officer. It took over 40 days to close on my house. A few days Before closing we were told $1500.00 would be more then enough to for closing cost. We got the cashiers check and then the day before closing we were informed it would e an additional $1511.03 to close. Just overall not a good experience.

Closing cost estimates are provided throughout the loan approval process, but the final amount owed at closing isn't finalized until after the loan receives final underwriting approval. Our Client Advocate team is available if you would like to discuss your concerns further.

Excellent organization
I really enjoyed working with Presley Vaughan. She was ALWAYS extremely friendly and professional. I wish only another member of the team was more reliable. We did experience some issue with Sara Price, an example would be forgetting submitting our application to underwriting, not reviewing our paperwork unless I call to follow up, when I speak to her on the phone she is rushing to finish the conversation and hang up. The last day before closing was a complete disaster but we closed anyway, so in the end, we are extremely happy.
Great experience overall. Quick, easy, efficient and friendly. I can’t speak highly enough.
