Veterans United specializes in VA loans, making them experts in their field. The application process was very easy with all online document uploads, no faxing or mailing. Stephen was very informative, answered all my questions in a way that made sense and helped me make the best choices for my individual circumstances. He even sent me a little house warming gift that was personalized and fun. Didn't get that with my first loan officer. I also appreciated that his team handled everything instead of pawning it off on the title company. Veterans United is a wonderful group. Easy to work with. From the first call to closing, one cannot find a better company to work with. Top notch service, communication, and coordination i have ever experienced. This is not only what Veterans deserve, but anyone buying a new home is due.
Dealing with Veterans United was WAY better than dealing with the other companies during the sale of our own house. We were soured on the whole moving thing during that time -- the realtors were ripoff artists (Caldwell Banker) and their appraisal guy was a joke. Then we hooked up with VU to buy our new house, and what a difference! Everyone was so helpful, and they were reachable without wasting time on convoluted voice mail "systems." They really helped our stress levels during this process. :)
