Listen. If you are serious about owning a home, Veterans United is definitely a preferred option, in my opinion. The steps it took to purchasing our home was frustrating to say the least. In my wife and I case, we were purchasing from our landlord, so a realtor wasn't necessary. However, gathering the necessary documents, coordinating with the different agencies like appraisals, home inspections, insurance, title company, and loads of paperwork, signatures, and questions are still very much a part of the process. Our team, Nick Holman, Courtney Gully, Francie Greene, and the rest of their supporting members were there from the first phone until the closing on our home. They fielded every question, listened to all of our frustration, guided us through the whole process step by step, and we're encouraging, patient, professional, and, most of all, very polite, friendly, and engaging whenever we were in contact with them. I mean they kept in touch by phone, text, and email. Even sent us mail. Who does that in this technology age? Seriously, they were the best team my wife and I could ask for in communicating with us and our landlord to make this dream a reality!! I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone who’s reading this review, or anyone who asks is this company for real. Well where do I start? All I can say is that there is not enough good words to say how much I appreciate veterans United! Especially Whitney r. Brown! And all of her team. So many names that I can't recognize them all! But they know who they are! They have been with me since the get-go! Way over a year ago when I was just trying to find a place from Maryland to Kentucky and Whitney and her team, I know there's Beth. Oh God, so many others! It's like they treat you like their own family! Not only have they helped me with getting a home and even getting refinanced. It's like they treat me like I'm the only person they have to deal with, which I know they have a lot more veterans they're helping also I could go on and on praising them! I need to send a picture but what he wants of me in front of my home along with the nice gift they gave me. Whitney knows what it is. I would recommend veterans United to every veteran who is trying to get a home for either of themselves or themselves and their family. They will never quit trying to help you.
