What can I say other than how impressed I was and am with how your whole team basically took me by the hand in a process as nerve wracking as this and leading me through it all step by step to a very satisfying end. The ONLY critique I have is not necessarily with Veterans United or Andy but the communication process from the title company.Andy, the day before my closing sent clear instructions that stated the amount I needed to bring to closing. The instructions stated I could bring a cashiers check or wire the money. I opted, since it was faster for me to do so, for a cashiers check. When I got to the title company to do the closing, they informed me that they did NOT accept cashiers checks. I had to do a bit of scrambling to get to my bank, stop the cashiers check and send money as a wire transfer.Up to that point, I could not have been happier with Andy, his team, and Veterans United.Thank you for a smooth process and making my home buying experience easy!
