Veterans, if you are buying a home and your not using Terry Roberts at Veterans United, You're doing it all wrong!!! He's a veteran like us, so he brings an understanding of what we go through. If you want someone who works tirelessly to help you through the process, Terry and his team are the way to go. I've dealt with others in the past, and none compare to the service we received.
This was a good process with Veterans United. There is a little lacking in communication when it comes to a guardsman who has spent several tours on active duty.
Hands down best service, the staff were kind and courteous; and they answered all my questions. I was still a tad bit slow and timid about some misgivings I had with the loan and appraisal process and Veterans United at least in my branch walked me through it all. I even went to a few other loan officers with other companies and I didn't like their rates. V.U. gave me the best possible possible rates they could find, and monitored them like a hawk.
