My whole VU team was very helpful and quick to communicate through texts and calls which made the buying process seem easy. They were also very nice and helpful in explaining the process since I was a first time home-buyer. The VU app was great and also improved everyone’s experience by allowing me to go down the “check list” to do paperwork ahead of time which reduced stress and minimized any last minute paperwork hassle.
From the start it's been a rather smooth process. When my credit tanked and we had to start over they had a specialist I worked with to get my scores up to where we could buy a house. Every person on the team did a phenomenal job at keeping us informed and worked around my hectic work schedule.
I have nothing but great things to say other than the assistant for my loan was a little slow at responding or keeping me up-to-date. My loan officer was absolutely outstanding and everyone else at the end pull through and made it an outstanding experience.

he was clear on the water test problems i had but i wish he would have let me know i could of technically had the nieghbor as third party to pull my water test and saved $400 maybe he did and i wasnt listening very possible lolbut we got it done the only thing im not happy about is the enterest rates but there nothing we can do about that lol
