Be sure to inquire about the VU fees that will be included in your loan amount as this wasn’t explained in initial conversations.
Both Whitney and Jake were almost always available; or, quick to return phone calls. Uploading the required information from our end was easy and the instructions were quite clear. Our buying experience was beyond stressful due to the seller and sellers agent being absolutely awful about doing ANY of what was required of them. Our team went above and beyond to keep things progressing and get the sale closed after 2 additional months beyond the original closing date. We were promptly informed of everything we needed to do and provide and all our questions were answered quickly.
