I really can't say enough good things about Corissa! I've negotiated previous home purchases and even used VA before, but I must say that she really stuck in as a number of properties that we looked at prior to our final selection didn't pan out. Her knowledge of HOAs, CCRs, Rules and Regulations were excellent. She had a trusty eye in looking at properties and making suggestions to either the representative of the property or another agent.The Tucson real estate market is rife with "realtors" who lack the knowledge, experience and relationships to make a transaction work. Her knowledge of properties extended out of Tucson to surrounding communities where we found new construction for approximately the same price we initially looked at.Corissa is a great communicator and worked easily with both me and my wife and understood and accommodated our sometimes competing interests and experiences.Wouldn't hesitate to go through her again for another purchase and/or recommend her to friends and associates.

Veterans United was a excellent choice for our home loan. My loan officer Matt Marstall and the entire team were great. We now have our forever home. I will recommend them to everyone!
Communication was top notch, but a few minor inconveniences did happen.For example, the day before closing I was informed I would need a cashiers check for the final amount. This was quite a surprise as my hometown bank is 3 hours away and it was already too late to over night the check. Luckily the funds were able to be wired for a small fee. Another example would be the VA's funding fee. I was under the impression that the fee was going to be substantially lower when putting 5% down vs putting 0%. I believe it was more of a miscommunication on my end. I just wish I had known the numbers better. Other than that my experience was outstanding and I could not be happier!
