This is my first time buying and using a VA,loan.i think it's fantastic.hearing how it is compared to a regular mortgage compony.as for as my loan officer.MS,Morgan skipworth.she is fantastic,how she has gone far and beyon.answeing questions and step by step for what I have to do next.a very professional of her job and status. I'm proud to have served to protect her freamdom as for who she is working for veterans.very outstanding.

More information reguarding where your earnest money is able to come from, what is and is not acceptable dealing with it. More clear coat instruction dealing with the earnest money. / A standard on what and what is not accepted dealing with the paperwork. I personally ran into many issues dealing with the paperwork. Being told this would work and a day later being told it will not and so fourth. / Possibly a set checklist for the buyer to print and or keep around stating exactly what is to come and what paperwork will be needed. This checklist should contain EVERYTHING that is required to complete the home loan in a reasonable fashion, time management even if it isnt accessable yet. More communication as well should be considered. Toward the end of the loan i felt as though communication had completely stopped. Also wrong information about when the keys and so fourth was given. There is probably more but this is a quick write up. In no way is this pointed to a specific person. This is as a whole.

Very quick response to questions, detailed and thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, professional, honest. Having closed on more than a dozen home loans over 45 years Joe and his team were the best I've dealt with.

Luke and his team did an outstanding job of keeping me on track and in the know as to what was going on with my application. Hard to find young professionals this dedicated today. Most have the attention span of a 2 word text. Great and team work. Sorry to take so long to reply. But Comcast doesn't know what you know yet took two weeks and 3 missed appointments to get them here.

It took awhile but Karin and Max are great people to work with and got it done despite the holidays and problems with the VA.
