The process was smooth and painless. The only complaint I have is a lack of communication on the time line for payoff’s for the previous mortgage and credit card. I need to know this for budgeting purposes.

As with my original loan experience, this refinance was near effortless on my part. My team kept kept me in the loop and the document signing was a smooth effective experience. As with the original signing, I was out of town a mobile notary was required and set up by the team. All went well. Couldn't ask for better service. Shane and his team were awesome.
