VU definitely makes the home buying process easier from a mortgage standpoint. Most questions are already answered and available anytime you want and the documentation process was a breeze.
We chose to use Veterans United to refinance our home because of the great customer service provided by the team throughout the entire process. So it was a no brainer when we decided to refinance for a lower interest rate. And we weee not disappointed, we did not have to leave the comfort of our home to do anything…We signed everything online and the notary came to the house for the closing…Perfection..

Trying to get financed and close on a home is extremely stressful. There will be times when your loan officer will need to be "creative" and will ask for things that don't seem to make sense. Just go with it... they need the deal as much as you need the loan! At Veterans United, my loan officer did exactly that. And I was like "Why does she need this? Or what do I have to provide that?" In the end, my loan was not only slightly lower interest, I was able to close easily due to proper documentation and every possible issue considered and resolved ahead of time. Again, extremely stressful no matter how good your loan officer is. It took a month and a half but this went smoothly. If I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have worried so much about the loan crashing. So, I'll pass this along to whomever will feel better after reading it. Ciao!
Overall the team I was working with felt like the “A” team every question every concern was addressed. It was almost to easy to close on the house. You guys really helped my wife and I out and I’m very grateful that we no have a place secured. Thanks for my first home purchase this one was special as it was my grandmothers home. I’m a 1st time home buyer. This has to have been the easiest process I’ve ever been through. I’ve sat through a few process with family memebers and from what I’ve seen this was the best. I did good research and made sure my stuff was in order to help and these guys guided me the rest of the way. I would 100% recommend them. The only thing that could of made the process any better was if they were able to offer some kind of grants but I had no complaints.

Overall a lot was going on moving I went through 2 or three realtors. Different close dates a lot was going on where I essentially had to move . But once I got into my house I’m super happy grateful and thankful
